In practice

How an integration goes live

None of the steps below needs a project, a consultant or a developer on call. The first three happen in the dashboard, and the fourth is the one people forget — it is what keeps the integration working next month.

  1. You authorize the access

Native connections are authorized inside the dashboard; the rest go through Zapier, Make or n8n. Neither path requires opening a ticket with the vendor.

  2. You choose what travels

Which events fire the integration and which fields ride along: source, tag, owner, form answer. What does not matter stays out.

  3. Data starts flowing both ways

The conversation feeds the other tool, and the other tool hands context back to whoever is answering — with nobody copying information from one screen to another.

  4. The team sees it when something breaks

Delivery failures, expired authorizations and webhooks with no response show up in the dashboard, on the record — instead of becoming a lost lead nobody can explain.

Connect what your operation already runs on

Channels, ads, CRM, spreadsheet, store and calendar in one place — no fee per integration and no implementation project.

Dúvidas

Before you connect, let us clear things up.

The questions that always come up: what it costs, how long it takes, what to do when your tool is not on the list, and where the data lives.

Do I pay extra for each integration?

No. Native integrations and the REST API are included in the plan, with no enablement fee and no charge per connection. What can cost money is the subscription to the tool on the other side, when that tool charges for its own access.

How long does it take to connect a channel?

WhatsApp comes in through the official API and depends on Meta’s verification, which is usually done within 24 hours — Nexloo handles the process as an authorized provider. Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and the website chat are direct authorizations, done on the spot.

The tool I use is not on the list. What now?

Two ways out, both included. Through Zapier, Make or n8n you reach more than 6,000 apps without writing code. If you would rather integrate directly, the REST API and the webhooks are open and documented, and they send every event to your server in real time.

Does the customer history stay in one piece when they switch channels?

Yes, and that is the point. The platform recognizes that yesterday’s Instagram and today’s WhatsApp are the same person, and whoever answers opens the conversation seeing everything already said, on any channel.

Does connecting my CRM require a developer?

In most cases, no. The most widely used CRMs connect through an authorization or a ready-made Zapier flow, without code. For an in-house CRM or an internal ERP, the REST API covers it, and the documentation ships with the request examples.

Where does the integration data live?

In your Nexloo account, with the history preserved even when an agent leaves the company. Integrations exchange data over an authenticated connection, and you can revoke any of them at any time from the dashboard.
